Katye Campbell made a decision to pause the campaign for 6 weeks, when a local middle school orchestra teacher had to take maternity leave, and BPS couldn’t find a long term sub that was qualified to rehearse and direct the orchestra, which would have forced them to miss their end of year concert.   Mrs. Campbell said “How can I not, if it’s really about the kids.”
